Your mic must work well %100 of the time, however it is not expected you always make your self available for voice chat. Text chat is still primary.
In The Common Wealth, citizens are expected to co-operate, share, and generally vibe the best for every-ones well being, emotionally and in game. Actions that would bring about grief will be dealt with accordingly. PvP is Turned on however PvP abuse will be considered griefing.
Don't be afraid to build and add on to the world just because its not yours. The whole world is OURS. Privacy and sacred space is of course your right, and with everyone exercising common sense we should be able to have a wonderful world.

Right of Removal Act:
Capt_Schmidt and his Lieutenants (OPs) reserve the right to remove or rebuke builds for a variety of reasons. For example Lazy Ugly box like builds will be plucked. Building a City with beautiful vistas from most locations takes planning. A small amount of planning but some planning. Builds with obvious disregard for their surroundings may also be removed or adjusted. This is a quality of life act, and should not be intimidating. A little common sense and we should be able to plan and execute wonderful urban sprawls.
This Server is for only Twitch subscribers who are 18 and up. People over 18 have a more earnest work ethic and ability to follow thru on ideas inspired in the mind. People under 18 may still join, but need a recommendation, or a reputation that we can trust.
Unless you're being griefed or have some other legitimate complaint, Treating others badly will not be tolerated. Respect each other to the utmost at all times. If you're mad at someone. just leave them alone or bring it up with Capt_Schmidt or any other of the OPs.
